As a birth doula, my role is to provide physical and emotional support for a birthing person and their partner during pregnancy, labor, birth, and into early postpartum.
I will offer reassurance and perspective grounded in evidence-based research so that each family can navigate their choices and any unexpected changes feeling empowered, holding a sense of confidence, and ensuring their safety and comfort.
My goal as your birth doula is to be completely present for your birth experience -- physically and emotionally. I will use active listening techniques to adjust my role according to your needs. I will and also help promote effective communication across your birthing team so that everyone is on the same page.
You deserve to have a good experience of meeting your baby and my goal is to make the birthing process less overwhelming and stressful.

Unlimited text/phone/email support starting the moment you hire me until 2 weeks postpartum
A private prenatal meeting in-person to discuss your birth preferences and goals
Assistance with creating a birth and postpartum plan that works for you and your family
I will be on-call for your birth starting at 37 weeks of pregnancy
Continuous labor support from early labor extending at least 2 hours post-birth
If you choose, I can help document your birth by taking photos/videos with my phone and sending them to you privately
A private postpartum in-person meeting to process your birth experience and check on how you are adjusting

Investment: $1800
A $450 deposit is due upon signing of the contract to reserve my availability for your due date. The remainder is due by 35 weeks (installment plans available). I offer a 3% cash discount.
Postpartum support is tailored to the needs of your family, with the goal of reducing your stress and increasing your wellness in early postpartum and the fourth trimester.
I will meet before your baby’s arrival to discuss your circumstances, expected needs, and what you can expect from postpartum care. You decide how many hours you would like to start with and about how often, and I will block my calendar for you after you sign the contract and pay a retainer. When your baby arrives, we will schedule your first day of support and subsequent dates.
Postpartum doula support can include but is not limited to:
• Phone/text/email support for the duration of the contract
Caring for the birthing person as they recover
• Processing the birth experience
• Navigating routine changes and life shifts
• Lactation support and education
• Mental wellness screening and care
• Meal preparation and nutritional guidance
• Sleep support for the family and new baby
• Infant care and education
• Cloth diapering and baby-wearing assistance
• Resource referrals for other services as needed
• Maintaining your space and home
• Running necessary errands

Scheduled in 4-8 hour shifts between the hours of 8am to 8pm. Minimum of 24 hours per contract, but more can be added.

A deposit of $540 (50%) is due upon signing of the contract. This covers 12 hours of care and is used to secure my availability. The remainder of the fee will be due one week before our last scheduled postpartum shift.
